By using Hamper Hotline, you agree to the terms below. These policies help us provide a smooth, reliable, and respectful experience — because your clothes deserve care, and you deserve peace of mind.

Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Invoices must be paid promptly to continue using Hamper Hotline services. Hamper Hotline reserves the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.

  • Pricing is based on a flat rate per standard 13-gallon bag:

    • 1 bag: $30

    • 2 or more bags: $25 per bag
  • Additional services, including scent boosters and laundry sanitizer, may incur additional fees. Pricing is subject to change, but customers will always be informed before service is completed.

Laundry Handling

  • While Hamper Hotline handles all garments with care, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects. We reserve the right to refuse items that present safety, hygiene, or service risks.
  • Damage Disclaimer: We are not responsible for:

    • Damage to garments

    • Lost/missing garments 

    • Stains that do not come out during washing

    • Items left in pockets (e.g., money, valuables, or personal items.)

  • Washing & Drying Standards:

    • All clothes are washed on cold using customers choice of detergent.

    • All clothes are dried on medium heat using customers choice of dryer sheet (optional)

    • Clothes will not be separated by color unless discussed and agreed upon in advance

    • Any changes to this must be discussed and agreed upon in advance

  • Hanger Service:

    • If you request clothes to be hung, you must provide a separate bag filled with hangers at pickup

    • Hung clothes will be returned in a plastic garment bag, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon

Pickup & Drop-off Instructions

  • Pickup and delivery are included within our service area. Customers must ensure laundry is placed in a securely closed bag. Bags must not be ripped, damaged, or excessively overstuffed. Hamper Hotline reserves the right to refuse unsafe or non-compliant items.

  • Pickup and delivery times will be coordinated directly with the customer. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified if delays arise.
  • Return Packaging: Clothes will be returned in a clear plastic bag, unless otherwise discussed

Customer Responsibility 

  • Please count your items before sending them to ensure you receive the correct number back

  • Our Process:

    • We will conduct an inventory check upon inspection before washing

    • However, we rely on your initial count to verify accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and removing personal belongings prior to pick up. Hamper Hotline is not responsible for items left in pockets, including money, valuables, or personal items.
  • Customers must inform Hamper Hotline of any special care instructions, delicate fabrics, or fragrance sensitivities before service.
  • Prohibited Items - ​​For health and safety reasons, we do not accept any items that are contaminated with or contain: Blood, oil, bugs (of any kind,) Chemicals, Hazardous fluids or substance of any kind, urine, feal matter.
  • Exceptions: On a case-by-case basis, determined by severity and individual situation, we may accept items with accidental contamination (such as urine or fecal stains) for an additional sanitization fee. This must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Changes to Services & Pricing

  • We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, and policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly via our website or direct customer contact. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • ​Additional Fees:

Sanitization Fee: Applied to items with accidental contamination (urine or fecal stains), determined case by case.

Pet Hair Fee: An additional fee may apply for items with excessive pet hair requiring extra cleaning.

Contact & Communication

Customer satisfaction is important. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact Hamper Hotline within 24 hours of delivery so we can address it.

Right to Refuse Service

Hamper Hotline reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, policy violations, or misuse of services.

Policy Updates

Hamper Hotline may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of current terms.

Privacy

Customer information, including contact details and addresses, will be used only for service and communication purposes and will never be sold or shared.
